Why you will NEVER reach your fitness goals!

I found  the key to  reaching your fitness goals.  "You are what you eat!"

I see it all the time. Gym rats that work hard. I see them sweating and working hard on the treadmill, ab machine and group fitness classes. And yet they never seem to look like they work out. And the reason is simple under that fat is a strong ab,core, legs and arms. But the challenge is it's under the fat.

Once again your nutrition is the KEY! This is a section from The RevAbs Philosophy of Nutrition Works!

Your nutrition plan for the next 90 days and for life.

If you want a smaller waist and flat, tight abs, its time to make a change. There's no reason to work out hard unless you're going to eat right , and after a RevAbs workout, you'll will want to eat right. This guide provides healthy meals, snacks and recipes , in the right portions and rations to help you get flat , firm abs without starvation or deprivation. You'll be satisfied and have plenty of energy for your workouts. This plan has worked for Brett's clients and test groups, and now you can benefit from it too.

For the next 90 days, you'll eat lean, clean food that will help you burn fat, reduce cravings, and provide energy for your workouts. This plan will take you through the 90 day program and the rest of your life. You'll eat 5 times a day; 3 meals and two snacks. You can add calories and expand portions to fit you individual needs.

If you want to accelerate your results you can begin with Brett's 14 day Jump Start plan . We recommend it, especially if weight loss is one of your primary goals.

If you have any specific medical conditions and /or dietary concerns, please consult your physician or nutritionist before commencing this or any other meal plans.

How the RevAbs® Core Crew combats the most tempting food obstacles part 2

We’ve all been there . . . in situations where carb- and sugar-filled foods are abundant and whispering your name ever so sweetly. But you’re committed to your RevAbs program, and you know that if you want to lose the love handles, you need to make good choices. Find out how the RevAbs Core Crew stays committed to healthy eating habits even in the most tempting food-related social situations.

Check out the tips below, and watch the video.

Avoiding cocktails in bars
“When friends invite me to bars or restaurants and I want to still be social and order something, I just order sparkling mineral water. With the bubbles and lime, it still feels festive and sort of like a cocktail.”
—Jessica B.

Eating healthily at restaurant birthday dinners
“For my best friend’s birthday dinner, I ordered grilled fish and subbed a green vegetable for the risotto. I also brought my healthy crackers so I’d have something to eat when everyone else was eating their cakes and pies.”
—Shawn R.

Fighting temptation
“What helps me stick to the RevAbs plan when faced with temptation is pausing and asking myself, ‘Is it worth it?’ When my roommate baked cookies and our apartment smelled amazing, when my friends toasted me for my birthday, and when I sat at a Superbowl party in front of an amazing spread of pizza and chips, I asked myself if it was worth the work I still have to put in, worth the feeling of pain I have felt so many times on that final rep, and worth the guilt I’ll feel by breaking my promise to commit. At the end I want to stand there and know that my results are worth it.”
—Michelle D.

Staying full and satisfying the sweet tooth
“If I get a horrible craving, I try to drink water or fill up on herbal tea. I also make sure I have my midafternoon snacks on me. Sometimes I mix some Shakeology in a cup and have it for dessert after dinner. Or I’ll mix a mini-teaspoon of stevia and cinnamon for a sweet fix after the meal.”
—Kristelle M.

Bringing your own food to parties and sporting events
“When I bring my own food to parties, I use the same plates that others are eating off of so I feel like I fit in. Sometimes I’ll replace my salad with the salad they’re serving at a party, but use lemon or a smaller portion of dressing to avoid the high calories.”
—Jeanette C.

“With events like the college football final game, the almighty Superbowl, and Lakers games, there seems to always be a reason to drink and eat unhealthy foods like pizza, hot wings, and potato chips with dip. I’ve gone to all these events, and let me tell you, I’ve shown up with my own bag of healthy food every single time. My friends look at me as if I brought them goodies and want to try my food, but I tell them they’re my meals. I feel great about my results, my discipline, and my new eating habits.”
—Jose C.

Setting up your space
“I have a photo of my ideal perfect abs and take a weekly picture and resave it as my screensaver next to the goal picture so I’m constantly comparing it. I set up my water, Shakeology, and vitamins in their places on my desk. My daily workout calendar stares at me, and my photo with my inspiration line, “Fight like a warrior,” is right in front of me all day. All of this is a constant reminder not to cheat. I see what I really want and remind myself not to sabotage my results.”
—Bryan C.

Being a role model
“If you care about your friends and family, don’t let their bad habits sway you. By sticking to your routine, they’ll see your dedication and be encouraged by your results to want to make changes too.”
—Bryan C. [Same as above]

How to fight tempting foods during healthy meal plan!

This week in the office I had several people ask about my meal plan. They noticed the shakes, fruit, salads and meals. I really received a lot of questions when I returned to the office after a lunch work out. I had on my tank top and dress pants ( 30 minute workout, shower and Shakeology).   You can workout all you want. But without the proper nutrition meal, coach and work out plan you will not get the results you want. PERIOD!
