Why you will NEVER reach your fitness goals!

I found  the key to  reaching your fitness goals.  "You are what you eat!"

I see it all the time. Gym rats that work hard. I see them sweating and working hard on the treadmill, ab machine and group fitness classes. And yet they never seem to look like they work out. And the reason is simple under that fat is a strong ab,core, legs and arms. But the challenge is it's under the fat.
