Steve Harvey's workout plan and secret to success




Steve Harvey author of  best selling book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man, host of The Steve Harvey Morning Show, host of Family Feud, creator of two fashion lines- Steve Harvey collection and Steve Harvey Women's collection just to name a few of his responsibilities that includes a 80 hour work week.

Take care of your temple


Harvey works out, eats properly and surrounds himself with a team of experts- physical trainers, a chef, a nutritionist and doctors - to help him "build up stamina to stand and talk for hours." He shuns liquor - having only an occasional glass of red wine with dinner- professes to never having done drugs and limits his indulgence to smoking cigars. "God has given m a temple, and in this temple , He gave me a gift: the ability to make people laugh. I don't want to do nothing to tamper with that gift. I enjoy the gift too much, and it's given e an incredible lifestyle. It's my duty to maintain my temple so that I can keep getting those blessings."- Steve Harvey August 2012 Ebony Magazine.
