I'm going to introduce you two programs to get pounds off quickly with meal plans to get you motivated. The first one is a three day cleanse (I'm starting Monday).
Cleansing is a regular part of good diet programs.I'm using Shakeology as a replacement for fasting formula.
The reason for the cleanse is not calorie restriction; it’s nutrient efficiency. The goal is to get the most nutrient possible into the least amount of calories. The aim is to put all of these calories to use as a part of your exercise program, rid your body of undigested foods and toxins. The result you’re after is not weight loss although you should lose between 7- 10 pounds within 3 days. This should make you feel lighter and more energetic, even though you’re doing an exercise program.
